A two day event being held in Edinburgh at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport. This event is being facilitated by the authors of ‘Social Calls of the Bats of Britain & Ireland‘ who previously held the first Social Calls of Bats Conference (London, Nov 2016). The material covered during the conference will range from scientific research through to the practical application of knowledge. There will also be ample networking time, as well as the opportunity to ask questions about the subject-matter being discussed. Buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days.
Please note this is a non-residential event. The conference location as been chosen because it is within easy reach of Edinburgh Airport (on site), Edinburgh tram and rail services (tram link from hotel to main railway stations), as well as there being more than ample car parking on site (discounted rate of £3 per day).

You may also wish to consider staying in Edinburgh itself. If so, we would recommend that you book accommodation close to the tram link which runs between the city centre and the hotel.
